While we suggest allowing a natural patina to develop for a unique and attractive surface, we understand the desire to maintain a clean and rust-free appearance. To achieve this:

• Disassemble your firepit.
• If it has been used, clean it with a degreaser to remove any dirt, grime, and oil.
• Use white vinegar to remove any patina and restore the original raw steel color.
• Apply linseed oil or alkyd resin to buff the metal.
• Store the disassembled firepit in a flat, dry, and protected location to maintain its appearance.

To initiate a return, please email contact.campyfirepit@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number from our Customer Service team.

Please note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping and delivery charges for both the outbound and return shipping. Returns must be received in their original condition within 30 days.
Refunds for credit card orders will be credited back to the original account, while check and cash payments will be refunded via a check or Campy® Credit.

It is important to keep in mind that fire pits may be susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care in packaging shipments to ensure safe arrival, so please retain the original packaging materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return. Additional packaging materials may be necessary if the outer carton is damaged during the initial shipment.

Shipping service charges are non-refundable. All reduced price or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
