Our goal is for all customers to be completely satisfied with their Campy® Firepit purchase. We handle customer concerns promptly. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To initiate a return, please email contact.campyfirepit@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number from our Customer Service team.
Please note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping and delivery charges for both the outbound and return shipping. Returns must be received in their original condition within 30 days.
Refunds for credit card orders will be credited back to the original account, while check and cash payments will be refunded via a check or Campy® Credit.
It is important to keep in mind that fire pits may be susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care in packaging shipments to ensure safe arrival, so please retain the original packaging materials, receipt, and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return. Additional packaging materials may be necessary if the outer carton is damaged during the initial shipment.
Shipping service charges are non-refundable. All reduced price or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
